先生に質問されましたが、なんで政府は、個人の車をタクシーとして使うことを許可したのか？
大きな理由としては、タクシードライバーの不足だと思います。
それと、観光客の増加だと思います。
その他には、過疎地でのドライバーの必要性があると思います。
これから2030年に向けて、日本の海外からの観光客の目標は6,000万人です。
なので、ドライバーの数を増やす必要があるのです。
そしてこのサービスは、アプリで目的地を入力すれば送迎してもらえるので、とても便利だと思います。
事前に大体の料金も分かるようですし、ドライバーもお客さんもIDを登録しているので、安全だと思います。
価格もタクシーよりは、リーズナブルと言うことです。
これは、使う側の選択だと思います。
運転技術や整備点検面サービスなどは、タクシードライバーの方が安心かもしれません。
ウーバーなどの配車サービスだと、アプリで殆どのことが簡潔するし、価格も安いようなので便利だと思います。
私は、使ったことがないので分かりませんが、旅行などに行った際は、タクシーより速く手配できそうなので使ってみたいです。
ただ、タクシー運転手さんの方が道が詳しかったり、観光情報には詳しいような気はします。
結局のところ、アプリを使い慣れている若い世代や海外からの観光客が配車サービスをつかい。
アプリを使い慣れていない人や安全重視の人は、タクシーを選ぶのではと思いますが・・・。
タクシー会社に登録して事前研修を受けたり、時間帯や場所の制限もあるので、適正な人材を選んでもらえれば、私個人としては安心だと思います。

I think this is a user's choice.
Taxi drivers may be safer when it comes to driving skills and maintenance/inspection services.
I think ride-sharing services like Uber are convenient because most things can be done easily through the app, and the prices seem to be reasonable.
I've never used it, so I don't know, but I would like to use it when I go on a trip because it seems like it would be faster than a taxi.
However, I feel like the taxi driver is more knowledgeable about directions and tourist information.
After all, ride-hailing services are used by younger generations and tourists from overseas who are used to using apps.
I think people who are not used to using apps or who value safety will choose taxis.
Personally, I think it would be safe if the taxi company choose the right people, trained them in advance, and only operated in places with time and location restrictions.
